Our management team and staff operate in accordance with the best practice standard for security guarding, BS7499. We have adequate resources and insurance in place to manage any contract and our 24-hour control room means we can respond quickly to any crisis.
Our staff are of the highest competence and integrity, and go through a rigorous selection process. This includes pre-employment testing of competence and security screening in accordance with the code of practice, BS7858. All staff are fully certified, uniformed and given the appropriate PPE where it is required.

Committed to ongoing training and development
All of our security officers undergo a rigorous training programme that includes induction training, operational training and assignment specific training. Other specialist fields, such as first aid, fire marshal and banksman training are carried out as required by the customer.
Our security officers also undertake annual refresher training to ensure they are up to date with all the latest standards and best practice.
Bespoke security services
All of our customer sites have assignment instructions that outline the security officer’s duties and confirm the scope of the assignment. Risk assessments are completed, and any customer property will be handled with care and attention. Agreements around property are confirmed in the assignment instructions.
